In the social program, co-mingling of participants and social interaction among attendees are provided as follows.

Reception (cocktail party, free of charge) @Restaurants 1F ESPOIR, EPOCHAL TSUKUBA

On the first day of the conference, all registered participants are invited to attend the reception. Light meals and drinks are served.

Saturday, September 19, 2015:
Washoku Dinner (Japanese food, about ¥10,000～¥13,000) @Tsukuba Sansui-tei

Participants who applied for the “Washoku Dinner” can enjoy the Japanese food in a traditional Japanese room.

Sunday, September 20, 2015:
Gala Dinner (Buffet style, about ¥6,000 ) @Multi-Purpose Hall, EPOCHAL TSUKUBA

At night of September 20, participants who applied for “Gala Dinner” can enjoy dinner in the conference venue.
